Parc-IT Fund

End 2006 Parcom Ventures B.V. together with private investors acquired the Technology Investment activities of Residex - part of Achmea. The companies included in this transaction are Interxion, Mapper Lithography, ALSI, AtoBe, X-Hive Corporation, Momac, Siennax International, Business Architects International and Allfinanz. The interests in these companies will be held in a new fund - ParC-IT - and will continue to be managed by the team of Capital-C Ventures.

Our portfolio:

	Hive Corporation develops and markets X-Hive/DB, a native XML database. Software developers use X-Hive/DB in a variety of applications including content management, data analysis, catalog management, and news syndication. Exit to EMC in 2007.
	InterXion offers integrated solutions for connectivity, equipment housing, storage, and maintenance needs. InterXion was co-founded from scratch in 1998. Raised around € 300 Mio with top tier investors and currently employs around 200 people in 22 datacentres in 11 european countries.
	Siennax is one of Europe`s leading Application Service Providers (ASP). The system handles over 100,000 secure log-ins and several million movements a day. For the past two years, some 55 professionals have been serving the rapidly expanding client base 24/7, providing over 99,9% system & application availability.
	Mapper Lithography develops and manufactures a new and highly competitive wafer stepper for advanced chip manufacturing. The results are high-resolution lithography at greatly reduced manufacturing costs and a shorter time-to-market.
	ATOBE offers end-to-end mobile data solutions to large enterprises, with a special focus on the areas of Telecom, Finance and Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MVNOs). Partly exited in 2007.
	Allfinanz offers a software suite with solutions for the automation of the entire life insurance underwriting process, and the efficient management of non-automated cases. Exit to Munich Re in 2007
	Business Architects offers banks and investment management companies a wide range of business applications including process models, components and software ideally suited for credit processing and asset management. Exit Eximus to Thomson Financial in 2006 and Exit to Sopra Group. in 2007.
	A.L.S.I. develops and markets a laser-based dicing tool for the semiconductor industry. A.L.S.I.`s strategy and ambition is to become the technology leader in the field of laser dicing and the leading supplier of laser separation systems to the semiconductor industry.
	MoMac provides the content and the tools that make digital media such an exciting experience. Behind the scenes of a sucessful business, private-labelled information and applications are powered across the Internet to wireless devices and websites. Exit to Truffle Venture in 2006.
